To be eligible for award under this Invitation to Bid, the contractors team must meet minimum qualifications of prior examples of work, as detailed in the Clackamas County Development Agency Clackamas Regional Center Mobility Improvement Special Provisions Section 00120.00, within the following five (5) major project components: (1) Bridge construction or major modification of similar size and scope; (2) Road improvements including multiple signals on 4-lane road or larger, while under traffic; (3) Pedestrian facility improvements including ADA ramps with detours and signalized intersections.; (4) Stormwater drainage installation within 4- lane road or larger while maintaining traffic flows; and (5) Landscaping of medians and construction of streetscape features. Bidders must also be prequalified (either via ODOT or Clackamas County) in Aggregate Bases (AB), Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling (ACP), Bridges & Structures (REIN), Earthwork & Drainage (EART), Electrical (ELEC), Landscaping (LS), Pavement Markings (PAVE), Signing Permanent (SIGN), and Temporary Traffic Control (TTC). Engineers Estimate: 20,851,000.00 State Prevailing Wage Prevailing Wage Rates requirements apply to this Project because the maximum compensation for all Owner-contracted Work is more than 50,000. Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, relative to Prevailing Wage Rates.
