Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated to be $625K to $700K for Base Bid and Alternates. The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Packaged rooftop unit shall include compressors, evaporator coils, filters, supply fans, dampers, air-cooled condenser coils, condenser fans, reheat coil, gas heaters, exhaust fans, and unit controls. 2. Outdoor air handling unit shall include filters, supply fans, dampers, DX evaporator coils, exhaust fans, and unit controls. 3. Unit shall be factory assembled and tested including leak testing of the DX coils, pressure testing of the refrigeration circuit, and run testing of the completed unit. Run test report shall be supplied with the unit in the service compartments literature pocket.
