Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clackamas, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
8/2/23: The ITB will go out later this fall for the next phase of bidding. Lake Oswego School District (District) is seeking qualifications from general contractors for the 2021 Bond Program's Lake Oswego Middle School Replacement Project: Complete replacement of the existing school building with a new two-story school, on and off-site improvements, outdoor covered play area, and outdoor play and education areas. Bid documents will also be made available to all subcontractors and suppliers.
