ITB-001-2023 Project Number- 210568 BBL-68 PBS Project 73569.000 The Clackamas Education Service District requests bids for the above referenced project. The work of the contract consists of a tenant improvement of an existing 2-story facility. Existing mechanical and electrical rooms and existing exits will remain. The remodel consists of a nearly complete interior reconfiguration. Exterior work consists of a new playground, covered play and other exterior improvements to the existing building, parking lot and campus connections and security as indicated on the Scope of Work and Bid Drawings provided by BBL. Engineers estimate for this project is $7,000,000.00. Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. if received by the deadline. The District is not responsible for late or delayed bids due to electronic delivery. Electronic bids can be emailed to CESD_Purchasing@clackesd.k12.or.us First-tier subcontractor lists, if applicable, shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope (or email), by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, on May 23, 2023. Bids received after submission time, and bids that are not accompanied with the required subcontractor's list (Section 004400), if applicable, by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, will not be considered. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements as adopted in Senate Bill 477, including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; Retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
