Work of the Contract consists of Construction of building upgrades at Oregon Trail Elementary School located at 13895 SE 152nd Avenue, Clackamas, Oregon 97015, for the North Clackamas School District, as indicated on Contract Documents prepared by BBL ARCHITECTS and their consultants. The work of the Contract consists of Construction of building upgrades at the Oregon Trail Elementary School, including but not limited to carpeting, rubber base, epoxy floor covering, interior and exterior painting, pavement upgrades, DDC upgrades, replacement of operable partitions with fixed walls, new and replacement concrete walks, site drainage, generator power revisions, roof ladders, flashings and associated work. Bid Alternates include corner guards and locksets at restroom doors. Architects Estimate for the total of this project is $2,300,000. Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than 11:00 AM on March 16, 2020. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements as adopted in Senate Bill 477 (effective January 1, 2006) including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
