Site work and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove and replace the existing landing lights at the Helipads with flush mounted lights provided by the City of Riverside including all concrete saw-cutting, concrete removal and replacement, demolition of existing lights, replacement of existing conduits and wiring, installation of new lights and concrete replacement. All Contractors submitting a Bid must be listed on the "Prospective Bidders" tab on the City's bidding website. If the Contractor is not listed as a "Prospective Bidder" the Bid will not be considered. Q&A Deadline 03/30/2022 3:00 PM (PDT). Bids not received electronically via the bidding website before the due date and time will not be accepted. Hard copies will be rejected. Please sign the jobwalk waiver and addendum to the waiver in advance and provide those signed documents on the day of the jobwalk. Waiver and addendum to waiver can be found in the Documents. Liquidated damages shall be assessed in the amount of $1,000 per calendar day that exceeds the number of calendar day.
