To be considered, the offer must be accompanied by: a letter of undertaking, issued by an insurance company within the meaning of the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers, in favor of the City of Sainte- Agathe-des-Monts, to provide a work performance bond equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the tendered price, before applicable taxes, as well as a bond for the contractor's obligations for salaries, materials and services.
And the company must comply with the following restrictions and conditions: The Company must not be registered on the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts;
The Company must provide its tax certificate issued by Revenu Québec.
The Company must provide its certificate of compliance issued by the Commission for Standards, Equity and Occupational Health and Safety (CNESST);
