Completed plans call for the addition of a detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; for the construction of a detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
Cashier's check, or certified check, payable to "Lane County" in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid including additive alternates if any. Prevailing wage rates for public works contracts in Oregon are required for this project. The County may reject any bid that does not comply with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, including the requirements to demonstrate the bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b) The County reserves the right to waive informalities, and for good cause to reject any and all bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest.
