Contract No. 21/22-05 Un-Coated Oil Rock & Sanding Rock Production Various Stockpile Sites MARCH 2022 The approximate quantities are: 1/4" - #10 sanding rock in stockpile 700 Tons; 3/8" - #10 un- coated oil rock in stockpile, 11,590 Tons; and all the other work called for in the plans and specifications. Estimated cost range: $300,000 to $375,000. Bidders submitting sealed bids on paper forms must submit their bids before 10:00 a.m. on the date of Bid Closing at the location stated. Bids submitted on paper forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside showing the name of the bidder, name of the project, contract number and the word "BID." Each bid must be submitted on the required forms and be accompanied by bid security, in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008.
