As of May 26, 2022 There has been no award. No definite date for the rebid. In general, work includes the installation of park benches and levy furniture at sites throughout the Eugene Parks and Open Space System. Pursuant to ORS 279B.055 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-14-08F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-047-0255, Bidders who need assistance with OregonBuys can contact the Supplier Help Desk at support.oregonbuys@oregon.gov or 1-855-800-5046. Bid security not applicable. The successful bidder shall provide, within thirty (30) days after receiving the bid award, a performance bond and payment bond each in a sum equal to the Contract Price or Order Price. The bonds shall be dated concurrent to, or subsequent to, the date of the Contract or Order The contract shall be valid for one year and may be extended for up to two (2) additional oneyear periods upon agreement of both parties. Pricing shall remain firm for the first contract year. Contractor may propose increases in pricing for each one-year extension period which shall be subject to acceptance by the City. Last date to request solicitation clarification or change May 2, 2022 The initial work shall be substantially completed by July 15, 2022 with items listed in this bid document.
