To establish unit prices for Lane County's Asphaltic Mix Patching Material needs during the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 Bids must be included as an attachment to an email submitted to the email stated here: matthew.tarnoff@lanecountyor.gov This contract is not for a public improvement and prevailing wage rates are not required. No bid security is required. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident or non-resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Each bidder must be an "Equal Opportunity Employer" and comply with the appropriate provisions of state and federal law. Each bidder is required to comply with ORS 656.017 regarding worker's compensation, unless the bidder meets the requirements for exemption under ORS 656.126.
