Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot, one-story above grade office development; for site work for a office development; service station / car wash facility; service station / car wash facility; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
In general, the project will consist of the construction of a new 8,000 SF single story office and automobile carwash building, a new multi-lane fueling facility, and associated sitework at the Eugene Airport. Scope: Finish all interior and exterior surfaces exposed to view, unless fully factory-finished and unless otherwise indicated, including the following: 1. Both sides and edges of plywood backboards for electrical and telecom equipment before installing equipment. 2. Mechanical and Electrical: a. In finished areas, paint all insulated and exposed pipes, conduit, boxes, insulated and exposed ducts, hangers, brackets, collars and supports, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment, unless otherwise indicated. 1) Mechanical and electrical painting not required in Electrical Room, Car Wash Equipment Room, and enclosed Car Wash bays. The project’s construction estimated range is $7M - $8M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
