Site work and paving for a civil project in Eugene, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Briefly, the work of the RFP includes designing and preparing construction drawings and specifications for pavement preservation improvements, partial road widening, culvert replacement, and related improvements for 3.90 miles of Territorial Highway. The contract is expected to be for an 18 month period from 6/1/22 through 12/1/23. The estimated range of costs for the services required under this RFP is $300,000 to $400,000. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed proposal procedures, requirements, rules, or laws, and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the County's finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
