Maximum column and wall loads are expected to be less than 150 kips and 2 1/2 kips per linear foot, respectively. New paved parking areas will be provided on the north and south sides of the addition as well as a delivery and dumpster area off of Elizabeth Coxe Street. The geotechnical recommendations presented in this report are based on the available project information, building location, and subsurface materials described in this report.
