The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the above Owner and to furnish all the materials, perform all of the work, supervise, coordinate, administrate and be responsible for the work. Printed copies are not available from the office of the Architect, however, arrangements can be made to obtain them from Lettermans Blue Print and Supply Co. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs when obtained through Lettermans. Prospective Bidders are cautioned that the failure to obtain Bid Documents as set forth above or notify the Architect of an intention to Bid could prevent the Prospective Bidder from receiving additional information, updates or addenda that may be issued concerning bidding on this Project. Bid related information is also available online and electronic bids may be submitted online. In order to be considered a qualified bidder, bid documents must be obtained either through Lettermans or Central Auction House. The Contractor/Bidder shall certify that he is licensed under R.S. 37:2150-2173 and show the Bidders name, his Louisiana license number, and the project name on the bid envelope which shall be addressed to Tangipahoa Parish School System.
