The Project consists of: Construction of a 25 wide asphaltic concrete roadway, approximately 2,000 linear feet in length; including about 3,100 SY of grade & shape base; 2,900 CY of general excavation; 2,100 CY of imported earthen subbase/base; 2,900 SY of soil cement base; 950 TN of hot asphaltic concrete wearing surface (3 thick); 3,800 SY of cold planning asphalt pavement; 110 TN of limestone; 320 SY of 2 thick HMA drives; 584 LF of storm drain pipes (15 18 diameter RCPA); 3,500 LF ditches; 1 ACRE of clearing and grubbing; traffic signs and posts; roadway markings; miscellaneous clearing, sitework, and erosion control; and associated work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Construction Cost Estimate: $548,380 Contract Term: 120 calendar days Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
