The Work consists of the edge mill and overlay or mill and overlay to include multiple full-depth repairs of various roadway segments of Sonny Drive from US 183 to SW Drive, Laurel Glen Blvd, Spring Hollow Drive, Meadow View Drive, River Oak Drive, River Crest, Moss Creek Drive, Birch Brook Drive, Willow Creek Drive, Mountain Ridge Drive, Ridge View Drive, Woodview Drive, Clear Lake Lane, Hill Top Drive, Tanglewood Drive, Spring Brook Lane, Thrush Drive, Elm Crest, and Silver Leaf Cove. Additionally, bid alternates include the mill and overlay of Mason Creek Blvd, Nightshade Ln, Penstemon Ln, Purple Sage Cr, Redbud Ln, Still Meadow Dr, Sunflower Ct, Chickory Ct, Scenic Path, Overlook Bnd, and segment of Tierra Alto Street with multiple full-depth repairs in the City of Leander. Bid delivery can be done in person or via FedEx at above address. Bids received after the specified time or delivered to any other City's location may be returned unopened. The OWNER's representative opening the Bids shall establish the official cut-off time for receiving the Bids. Sealed bid should be plainly marked with Bidder's name and address, and as follows: City of Leander Roadway Rehabilitation FY 2022" Bidders should read and understand all terms and conditions contained in these Contract Documents. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within Ninety (90) Calendar Days and finally completed within one hundred and twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are five hundred ($500.00) Dollars per Calendar Day. All locations and dimensions shown on plan are approximate. It is the intent of the proposed improvements to match the existing geometry of the site. The proposed improvements is not intended for roadway redesign/reconstruction.
