The existing street consist of 30 foot wide HMA pavement. Work on this street shall consist of temporary lowering of drainage structure covers, cold milling full width (1.75" deep from Leonard St to 0.40 mile North of Garfield St, 3.25" deep from 0.40 mile North of Garfield St to Randall St), milling around drainage structure covers, adjusting of drainage structure covers, HMA leveling and top courses, (night work from 0.4 miles North of Garfield Street to North end), HMA approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, aggregate shoulders, aggregate approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, slope restoration, pavement markings, diamond grinding concrete pavement, and penetrating healer/sealer, bridge deck (two bridges South of Leonard Street). Project No. 459-563: 1.00 mile of resurfacing on 24 th Avenue from Bauer Road to Fillmore Street in Georgetown Township. The existing street consist of 40 foot wide HMA valley gutter pavement. Work on this street shall consist of temporary lowering of drainage structure covers, cold milling full width 2" deep, cold milling around drainage structure covers, adjusting of drainage structure covers, gate box adjust, HMA valley gutter top course, aggregate approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, slope restoration, and pavement markings. Project No. 459-564: 0.99 mile of resurfacing on 68 th Avenue from Randall Street to Cleveland Street in Polkton Township. The existing street consist of 24 foot wide HMA pavement. Work on this street shall consist of cold milling (3.25" deep in curb & gutter section, 1.75" deep all other locations), milling around drainage structure covers, trenching and HMA widening 3 feet wide by 4 inches deep (from milled surface) each side of the existing HMA, HMA leveling and top courses, HMA approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, aggregate shoulders, aggregate approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, slope restoration, and pavement markings. Project No. 459-565: 3.00 miles of resurfacing on Wilson Street from 24th Avenue to Kenowa Avenue in Chester Township. The existing street consist of 24 foot wide HMA pavement. Work on this street shall consist of HMA cold milling 1.75" deep full width, HMA leveling and top courses, HMA approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, aggregate shoulders, aggregate approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, slope restoration, and pavement markings. Project No. 465-013-220001: 1.21 miles of resurfacing on 112th Avenue & Osborn Street from Lincoln Street to 104th Avenue in Robinson Township. The existing street consist primarily of 24 foot wide HMA pavement. Work on this street shall consist of HMA cold milling 2" deep full width, trenching and HMA widening 3 feet wide by 4 inches deep (from milled surface) each side of the existing HMA, HMA leveling and top courses, HMA approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, aggregate shoulders, aggregate approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, slope restoration, and pavement markings. Project No. 481-007-5473-A: 0.54 mile of resurfacing on 128th Avenue from Ransom Street to New Holland Street in Holland Township. The existing street consist of 24 foot wide HMA pavement. Work on this street shall consist of milling for butt joints, adjusting of drainage structure covers, gate box adjust, HMA leveling and top courses, HMA approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, aggregate shoulders, and aggregate approaches. Project No. 481-007-5473-B: 0.19 mile of resurfacing on Chicago Drive from business I-196 to 112th Avenue in Holland Township. The existing street consist of 24 foot wide HMA pavement. Work on this street shall consist of cold milling 1.75" deep full width, HMA top course, and aggregate shoulders. Project No. 481-009-5444: 0.96 mile of surfacing on 108th Avenue from Taylor Street to Fillmore Street in Olive Township. The existing street consist of an aggregate base course. Work on this street shall consist of bridge deck HMA surface removal, preformed membrane waterproofing, 22 foot wide HMA leveling and top courses, HMA approaches, aggregate shoulders, and aggregate approaches. The grading of the aggregate base shall be done by others. The paving contractor shall coordinate with the grading contractor so that the HMA leveling course is placed the day after the grading is completed. Coordinating shall not be paid for separately but shall be included in other items of work. Project No. 482-209: 0.03 mile of surfacing on Squires Road bridge and approaches from 88 feet South of the center of the bridge to 88 feet North of the center of the bridge in Chester Township. The existing streets consist of 32 to 36 foot wide aggregate base surface. Work on this street shall consist of HMA leveling and top courses. Project No. 485-004: 3.49 miles of resurfacing on 144th Avenue from Leonard Street to Apple Drive in Crockery Township. The existing streets consist of 24 foot wide HMA pavement. Work on this street shall consist of HMA cold milling 2" deep full width, milling around drainage structure covers, gate box adjust, HMA leveling and top courses, HMA approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, aggregate shoulders, aggregate approaches to match the finished edge of pavement, and slope restoration. Project No. 485-017: 3.04 miles of resurfacing on Quincy Street from 96th Avenue to 72nd Avenue in Zeeland Township. The existing streets consist of 24 foot wide HMA pavement.
