This project consists of materials to be picked up (FOB), delivered (FDS), and Delivered and Applied (FDA). The following materials will be bid (major items only): HMA Superpave 9.5M64 3/4 " Clean Crushed Stone HMA Superpave 25M64 1/ 1/2 " Clean Crushed Stone Bituminous Concrete Mix I-5 2 1/2 " Clean Crushed Stone Bituminous Concrete Mix I-2 Screenings Emulsified Asphalt, CRS-2P Rip Rap (R-4) 3/8" Clean Crushed Stone Rip Rap (R-7) 1" Quarry Process Stone 12" HDPE Pipe 1/4" Clean Stone Grit 15" HDPE Pipe NJDOT Type 'E' Precast Inlet 18" HDPE Pipe NJDOT Type 'A' Precast Inlet NJDOT Type 'E' Inlet Casting NJDOT Type 'B' Inlet Casting NJDOT Type 'A' Inlet Casting Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated thereon and required and included in the Bid Documents, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder, the name of the project and the date of the bid. Upon receipt and opening of the bids, the Township reserves the right to hold the bids for up to a period of sixty (60) days thereafter before making the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive or permit the cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with New Jersey law. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.10:5-33, Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. All Bidders are expected to comply with all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1 et seq.) and all regulations promulgated in connection therewith by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services.
