The City of Panama City Beach is requesting sealed Bids for large meter testing to include testing, calibration, and repair of meters larger than 2". This is for meters located throughout the City of Panama City Beach water system. The City of Panama City Beach ("City") reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all equipment and labor) and fixed for a period of 60 days after opening. Any and all questions regarding the Bidding documents shall be directed to City of Panama City Beach Purchasing Manager: Tina Kunst, Phone: 850-233-5100 or email: Purchasing@pcbfl.gov. Contact with any other City official or City employees for the purpose of inquiries regarding this bid or the meaning or interpretation of these specifications shall be grounds for disqualification. Unless terminated sooner pursuant to the provision of the Termination clauses contained in paragraph 5, and subject to the availability of funds appropriated for this purpose, this Agreement shall take effect on the executed date of award for a period of one (1) year. This agreement may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon the written agreement of the parties.
