The work includes, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of the roadway on approximately 75 m, the drainage of the roadway and the reprofiling of the ditches . Please note that the work planned on Route Brochu will be carried out as part of the Acceleration component of the MTQs Local Road Assistance Program (PAVL). They are therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from these programs. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the MRC de Bellechasse on March 15, 2022. The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the Electronic Tender System website. The fees are set according to the rates established by the Electronic Tender System.
