Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of removing existing concrete pavement and replacing with approximately 8,500 SY of 7"-thick, 28' wide concrete pavement, replacing driveways, curbs, and the installation of approximately 1,400 L.F. of 18" to 30" RCP storm sewer along Ridgecrest Street and Robinhood Lane. The project also includes 1,100 L.F. of 8" water line, 120 L.F. of sanitary sewer replacement, and all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all technicalities a nd accept any bid from the lowest responsible bidder. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in anamount not less than five percent of the largest possible total for the bid submitted as a guaranty of completion of the forms provided by the City within 10 days after notice of award.
