Site work, paving and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 22,200-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for paving for a pre-engineered storage facility.

**As of August 08, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Pre-engineered metal building facility to be used for the County to store emergency commodities, bulk storage, and District Attorney evidence storage. As of May 17, 2022, the design is complete and the project should be going out for bid soon. The County will be setting the bid schedule. Construction is tentatively expected to begin in July 2022 with completion in May 2023.
