Questions must be submitted by Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. The Town of Madison (Town) and the Madison Board of Education (BOE) invite qualified firms and individuals to provide comprehensive Qualifications for Construction Management Services associated with the design and construction of a new PreK – 5 Elementary School to be located on a vacant parcel on Mungertown Road in Madison, CT (the “New School Project”). A new elementary School Building Committee appointed by the Board of Selectmen will be overseeing this project (the SBC). Interested firms shall have extensive experience in design support and construction of elementary schools, including facilities serving pre-kindergarten through grade 5 school populations, and schools specifically located in the State of Connecticut. Interested firms shall also have experience with the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Office of School Construction Grants and Review (the “State”), as specified in the related documents.
