All work is to be done under Prevailing Wage, Bid bonds and Performance bonds are required, as specified within. The work to be performed for the project is a removal of bituminous concrete tennis courts and installation of six post-tensioned concrete tennis courts at locations indicated, including fencing and lighting The contractor is alerted that absolutely no unscheduled site visits to observe school property are allowed. The project area is monitored by school security and police will be called. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, or defects in bids, to reject any and all bids and to accept a bid that, in its' sole discretion, is in the best interest of the Town.
