CONDITIONS: The bid must be submitted in one (1) original only and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified cheque, certified cheque, money order, bank draft or valid bond for an amount equivalent to ten percent ( 10%) of the total value of the bid (excluding taxes). The City of Sept-Îles reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
