As of May 6, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project includes the construction of a 1-million-gallon concrete water storage tank; construction of a concrete well house (well drilled by others) with pump, interior plumbing, electrical controls, chlorination equipment, and other appurtenances; furnishing and installing approximately 900 feet of 10-inch C-900 PVC pipe connecting the well to the tank and 2,400 feet of 12-inch C-900 PVC pipe connecting the tank to the existing culinary system; and site improvements including an access road, parking areas, and fencing. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. This is a federally funded project. The Bidder is required to comply with federal regulations concerning, but not limited to, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Equal Employment Opportunity, American Iron and Steel Requirement, and Davis Bacon Wage Requirements.
