Site work and new construction of a civil project in Genola, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Central Utah Water Conservancy District has selected Jacobs, in a joint venture with Bowen Collins & Associates, to provide engineering design and construction-phase support for the proposed Strawberry High Line Improvement Project in Utah. The project will replace the century-old Strawberry High Line Canal with a buried, pressurized pipeline system, including new pipelines, a pump station, and associated infrastructure to improve long-term water delivery capacity for agricultural and municipal users in eastern Juab County and southern Utah County. As of September 28, 2026, construction has not started. The project is still in the conceptual phase. Bid packages will be going out in the summer or fall of 2027.
