Site work and asbestos abatement for a fitness / recreation center in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and for asbestos abatement for a fitness / recreation center.
This Project will consist of removing all hazardous materials shown in detail in the Limited Hazardous Materials Pre-Renovation Survey Report prepared by Arctic Enterprises Inc., 222 Teall Avenue, Suite 100A, Syracuse, New York, 13210 dated October 7, 2021. The Project is located at 321 West Court Street, Ithaca, New York 14850. Bidders are encouraged to contact Project Manager for scheduling site visits. Contact information can be found in the project title/description section on the City's website. The BID PACKAGE, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions for Bidders, Supplemental Instructions for Bidders, Description of Work, Bid Form and Proposal, NonCollusive Bidding Certificate, Bidders Qualification Statement, Iran Divestment Form, CIAP Form, Contract for Services, Insurance Requirements, Prevailing Wage Rates, Demo Plan and the Pre-Renovation Report may be downloaded and printed from the City portal. A completed bid form, as well as required submittals, must be submitted for bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner.
