General Construction Contract: Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract # D006063: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Old Mill Roof Replacement: refer to section 011000 Summary for project description. Project includes one alternate, refer to section 012300 Alternates for description Engineer's estimate: $94,600.00 - $127,989.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. MINORITY AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PARTICIPATION GOALS (MWBE) The Bidder/Contractor is encouraged to make good faith efforts to promote and assist in the participation of MWBE on the Contract for the provision of services and materials. PUBLIC BUILDING LAW 8(6) Pursuant to Public Building Law 8(6), any contracts over $5,000 for the work of construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any State building, a responsible and reliable NYS-certified Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise that submits a bid within ten percent of the lowest bid will be deemed the apparent low bidder provided that the bid is $1,473,245 or less (maximum amount has been adjusted for inflation effective January 1, 2022). If more than one responsible and reliable MWBE firm meets the requirements, the MWBE firm with lowest bid will be deemed the apparent low bidder.
