1 Mandatory Site Meeting 1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Scope of Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at The Theatre Centre, 1115 Queen Street West on March 23, 2022 at 10:30 am, outside at the main front doors. 2 There will be no other site meetings at any other time. Please be prompt as the meeting will start at directly at 10:30 am 3 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
