Sealed bids will be received by the Comanche County Purchasing Agent for the following: BID #55 EMULSIONS - ROAD OILS The Bid Period to cover is May 1, 2022 - October 31, 2022. Bid forms and specifications are available by contacting the County Clerks Office, Room 304, Comanche County Courthouse, Lawton, Oklahoma at 580-355-5214 or 580-585-5203. Currently the hours of operation at the Courthouse are form 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Sealed Bids are to be mailed to the County Clerks Office, Attention Pur- chasing Department at 315 S.W. 5th Street, Room 304, Lawton, OK, 73501. The envelope containing the bid must be clearly marked BID with the name and address of bidder, description of the item, bid number and the bid opening date. Bids will be computed on a Bid Sheet and such sheet will be avail- able for public inspection. The required Affidavit For Filing With Competitive Bid must have original signa- tures, not copied, mechani- cal, faxed or computer gen- erated and original notary seal when submitting bids. The Board of Comanche County Commissioners re- serves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informality. The Board of Comanche County Commissioners also reserves the right to make awards by item, groups of items, or all or none, whichever is in the best interest of the County.
