Renovation of a medical facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Comanche County Memorial Hospital is seeking bids for a Construction Manager at Risk for a renovation project at 3401 West Gore Blvd in Lawton, Oklahoma. The renovations will involve remodeling approximately 1000 square feet creating a Nationally Branded Coffee Concept and partnering with a Nationally Branded Food partner to create a food and coffee mini-market. Construction Manager at Risk services will include design review, scheduling, cost control, value engineering, constructability evaluation, preparation and coordination of bid packages, and construction administration please see attached as built and initial proposed design for available details.
