*As of May 11, 2022, the project is on hold due to budgetary issues and is expected to rebid. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of fi ve (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Stroud, Oklahoma. Bids may be held by the City of Stroud for a period not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. Bid documents will be provided electronically, which will include the construction plans and specifications in Adobe Acrobat PDF format accessible with Adobe Reader. The bidder will be responsible for acquiring, copying, and distributing Bidding Documents (plans and specifications) necessary to bid and construct the project. The right is reserved, as the City of Stroud may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
