12.5 kV FEEDER RELOCATION FOR OLD STROUD ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT OVER TURNER TURNPIKE 1. Relocate 12.5 kV pole line for bridge replacement over Turner Turnpike. Replace poles, switches, conductors, risers for underground, transformers, etc. Pulling of underground conductor may be performed by either the overhead contractor or underground contractor, whichever is in the best interest of the Owner. 2. All materials and equipment; poles, crossarms, switches, conductor, arresters, cutouts, ground rods, etc., to be furnished by the Owner. 3. The Owner shall have the right to deduct and retain the sum of S500.00 per day for each and every day completion of the construction is delayed beyond 45 calendar days. Actual start date will be dependent upon material delivery. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Owner for 5% of amount of bid. The City of Stroud reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid and to award to the Bidder, who in the opinion of the City, offers the Proposal which appears in the best interest of the City. Small business and minority-owned business sources are encouraged to bid on this project. Bidding Documents may be examined at either the office of the Engineer or the City's Office, 220 W. 2nd Street, Stroud, Oklahoma
