As of April 21,2022, the project was awarded to G.L. Contracting and the awarded amount is $668,896.50. The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 425 S.Y. Remove Bituminous Pavement 2270 C.Y Excavation - Common (P) 1730 Ton Aggregate Base Class 5 3200 S.Y. Concrete Pavement 8.0" 195 Ton Bituminous Patching Mixture - Type SP 9.5 All work under the Contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
