**As of April 1 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Construct 60,000 gallon concrete culinary water tank, waterline, valves, including the demolition of the existing 50,000 gallon water tankand all necessary appurtenances. This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the Department ofHousing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)program. The Contractor will be required to comply with all federal laborstandards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minority andwoman business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder willbe selected If all required documents are not provided, the bid may be disqualified. Echo Mutual Water Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, including the right to waive any informality in any part of any proposal within the best interest of Echo Mutual Water Company.
