Renovation of a residential development in Millersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Estimated Cost: $40,000 and $60,000. The Millersburg Borough Council is accepting sealed bids for the partial replacement of the roof at 101 West Street. Scope of Work includes: o Replacing a section of roof which measures 74 feet by 34 feet, starting from the North Side of the building and spans the full East-West length of the building. o This project requires prevailing wages if accepted bid exceeds $25,000.00. o Submit complete description of project materials and labor. o Project to be completed no later than October 31, 2022. Also, to be submitted with your bid: o Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. o Provide warranty information on materials and workmanship, with a minimum of a 10-year warranty. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and/or in the bidding process. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
