Bidders need to be Pen- nDOT Prequalified. Proposals must be on forms pro- vided by the Municipality. Propos- al forms, specifications and bid information can be made avail- able at the Barry Township Mu- nicipal Building at the above ad- dress. Prospective bidders should contact Kate Hendricks at 570- 751-2564 to make arrangements to pick up a bid. Bids must be clearly marked 2022 Bituminous Seal Coat Bid Proposal. The Barry Township Board of Su- pervisors reserves the right to ac- cept or reject any and/or all pro- posals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on bud- getary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $ 870.00 per calendar day.
