Furnish and install roof materials, insulation, flashings, and miscellaneous materials on the roof areas designated by the drawings. 1. Installation of Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) membrane roofing system on tectum deck, including but not limited to: a. Removal and legal disposal of existing Built-up roofing system, accessories and flashings down to deck. b. Substrate board, vapor barrier, polyisocyanurate insulation, continuous R Value of 30, mechanically fastened to decking. c. 1/4 inch per foot slope minimum tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, mechanically fastened to decking. d. 5/8 inch cover board. e. EPDM membrane fully adhered to cover board. f. Scuppers, flashing, metal edging and coping systems.
