Site work for a water / sewer project in Sarnia, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal of existing lead water services and replacement with PEX service lines as per specifications for 43 properties. To supply and install the following: A) Supply and install forty-three (43) 25mm PEX water services including 150mm x 25mm ductile iron epoxy body saddle, corporation stop, main stop, service box, rod, markers, and pipe fittings. B) Full City side restoration for twenty-seven (27) services which include full road restoration along with concrete curb and/or 125mm concrete sidewalk restoration if directional drill (or cable pull) is not feasible. C) Limited private side restoration for forty-three (43) services with topsoil and seed on lawn area or gravel on asphalt/concrete surfaces on the private side of the property (max up to $500).
