Renovation of an educational facility in Sarnia, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hanna Memorials Stone Facade Replacement. This notification is provided to inform and advise Vendor of Record, Pre-Qualified, General Contractors (Appendix A) of a project proposed by the Lambton Kent District School Board. This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents. The Successful Proponent(s) will be required to acknowledge the Boards purchase order / CCDC Contract which will incorporate all of the terms and conditions of the Request for Tender, within seven (7) calendar days of issuance for the provision of these services. If a selected proponent fails to acknowledge our Purchase Order / CCDC Contract within seven (7) calendar days of issuance, the Board may in its sole and absolute discretion and without incurring any liability, rescind the selection of that Proponent and execute the forfeiting of the Bid Bond. Only Prequalified General Contractors with LKDSB will be permitted to bid.
