**As of June 22, 2022, this project is already awarded to Valley Boiler with the awarded amount of $448,000. Project is already under construction.** Sealed bids are invited for the Domestic Water heater replacement, Magna Vista high school. The project is generally described as the replacement ofthe domestic water heater. The latest date for receipt by the Architect of bidders questions to be answered prior to receipt of bids will be Close of Business on March 30, 2022. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part ofthe Invitation for Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding procedures. A Bid Bond and Contract Security will be required of all bidders regardless of amount. Bidders shall be required to bind their bid for 30 days. The contract for the project shall be awarded on a lump sum basis ofthe Base Bid. Bidders attention is directed to the requirements of Title 54, Chapter 11, of the Code of Virginia pertaining to registration of Contractors.
