Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Treasury's standard design is to have three offices on one thermostat. OFAC has requested that each office be on a separate thermostat. They also requested that the motion sensors in rooms 2111, 2112, 2113, 2115, 2116, 2118, 2128, 2129 and 4406 to changed out to heat, sound and motion sensors. Provide the upgraded HVAC changes as outlined in the additional documents listed below for the Freedman's Bank Building. This scope of work includes but is not limited to demolish of ductwork, hangers and supports, remove equipment, z duct, relocate it and provide existing equipment as referenced on the VAV schedule, drywall, patch and paint, ductwork, heaters, rough wiring and control modifications per the additional documents listed below. Additional Documents: a) 4th Floor HVAC Upgrade dated 1/22/22 b) 3rd Floor HVAC Upgrade dated 1/22/22 c) 2nd Floor HVAC Historic Area Upgrade dated 1/22/22 d) 2nd Floor HVC Upgrade dated 1/22/22 Change out the motion sensors in Rooms 2111, 2112, 2113, 2115, 2116, 2118, 2128, 2129 and 4406 to heat, sound and motion sensors. $500,000-1 Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
