Performance Bonds, Maintenance Bonds, and Labor/Material Bonds, as called for in the General Conditions and Bonds and Insurance Requirements are a requirement of each contract. Each bidder shall agree to hold his/her bid price for ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY (120) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, waive any informality or irregularity in any bid and/or to accept any bid in whole or in part and/or to award or not award the contract, if in the opinion of the Board of Fire Commissioners, the best interest of the Fire District will be served. This invitation is an offer to receive bids for a contract.
