The objective of the RFP is to award an agreement to one (1) qualified supplier for the provision of Patient Lift Devices and Related Services for Bellwoods' Yonge Street location, as well as potentially other Devices and Services, for other Bellwoods locations throughout the term of the resulting agreement. The term of the resulting agreement is intended to be for three (3) years, with an option to extend the term of the agreement, on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional years.
