Renovation of an educational facility in Dublin, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed tenders addressed to The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board will be received at the Board Office, which is located at 3927 Perth Road 180, Dublin, Ontario N0K 1E0, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. A Site Meeting will be held at the school located at 94 Mill Street, Dublin, ON, N0K 1E0, on Tuesday March 29, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. The scope of this project includes the replacement of all the windows in the school as well as the replacement of the main entrance doors and screen. Bid Bond amount of $26,000.00 (Twenty-six Thousand dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Electronic tender documents will be available to General Contractors only from the office of Marklevitz Architects Inc., 516 Huron Street, Stratford, Ontario.
