A Bid-bond will be required in the form of 5% of the project cost from each bidder. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance and payment bond of 100% of the bid. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities and to make the final determination as to the best low qualified Bid.
