Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install new ornamental fencing with expanded metal mesh and added expanded metal mesh to the existing fence. March 30, 2022 Due date for Vendor Questions -Please email to Procurement@capk.org April 1, 2022 Responses to Vendor questions emailed to Vendors April 13, 2022 Notification of Award April 15, 2022 Contract preparation CAPK reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP. The Contract for the accepted proposal will be based upon the factors described in this RFP. CAPK reserves the right to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in any proposal. Project location: 2424 Cottonwood Road, Bakersfield, CA 93307 A site plan is attached to depict the proposed fencing locations. The project will require the demolition of the existing fence post and any chain link.
