The Contract for the accepted proposal will be based upon the factors described in this RFP. CAPK reserves the right to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in any proposal. Project location: 2424 Cottonwood Road, Bakersfield, CA 93307 A site plan is attached to depict the proposed fencing locations. The project will require the demolition of the existing fence post and any chain link.
