Renovation of a municipal facility in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors to replace the existing Governair unit at Bakersfield City Hall North as specified herein. Qualified firms must be licensed in the State of California and must have comparable and verifiable experience in HVAC replacement. Selected contractor will work with The City of Bakersfield's General Services Division of the Public Works Department in the planning and coordination of this project.
